Spire Consulting Group, LLC presented at Journeyman Construction, Inc. annual corporate meeting at the University of Texas Club on September 18, 2009.

The one-day event consisted of several in-house presentations by key management personnel on specific company issues. Selected experts were also invited to discuss industry standards of interest to the company. Spire's consultant presented on "Delay Documentation & Schedule Tips for Contractors" to an audience of project managers, superintendents, foreman, cost esimators, schedulers and office administration staff. Some of the highlights included:

• The use of schedules as an effective project management tool
• Implementing effective schedules
• Development of a schedule basis
• Development of a periodic schedule narrative
