Potential positions may include:

Managing Consultant
Minimum ten years of construction or consulting experience is required. Four year college degree is preferred. PE license is desirable but not required. Verbal and written skills must be excellent. Computer literacy is required.

Project Scheduler
Minimum of five years experience preparing and maintaining project schedules and preparing monthly reports. Proficiency in Primavera P3/P6, Expedition and/or Prolog is required. Must have solid written and oral communication skills. Supplemental field experience is desired. Four year college degree is required.

Cost Estimator or Cost Engineer
Responsibilities will include preparing preliminary cost estimates for projects in the planning phase; preparing engineers' estimates based on 90% plans and specifications; reviewing estimates prepared by consultants, reviewing change order costs, and keeping current on market conditions and construction industry trends. Minimum of 10 years estimating experience, skill in use of engineering analysis and cost estimating software and a Four year college degree is preferred.

Construction Manager
Construction management experience in one of the following industries: petrochemical, industrial, commercial, public works, or infrastructure. Individual should have a minimum of 10 years practical engineering/construction experience. Four year college degree is required. Advanced degree and PE license is desirable. Computer literacy is required.

Claims Consultant
Construction project or claims experience in one of the following industries: petrochemical, industrial, commercial, public works, infrastructure, maritime, or power. Individual should have a minimum of 5 years practical engineering/construction experience. Four year college degree is required. Advanced degree and PE license is desirable. Computer literacy is required scheduling, program management, cost estimating, construction claims, and litigation support.
