Spire Consulting Group, LLC is a multi-disciplined construction management and engineering consulting firm serving owners, general contractors, attorneys, financial institutions and sureties. Spire is currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious business development/sales and marketing candidate to assist with an array of sales/marketing activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing programs that provide maximum exposure of new business development prospects within the established goals and objectives of the company.
·        Assist on special projects as assigned, including event planning, market research, developing mailing lists.
·        Assist in client relationship development by attending conferences and other networking functions.
·        Assist with web-based research on companies within the construction, legal and engineering fields.
·        Assist with analyzing marketing and sales data to effectively measure, benchmark and determine sales/marketing strategies.
·        Compile and distribute information to clients from conferences, publications, tradeshows, etc.
·        Assist in planning, implementing, maintaining, and coordinating company sales efforts.
·        Assist in developing and marketing opportunities nationwide.
·        Ensure that proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and client visits are implemented with maximum efficiency.
·        Interact and communicate daily with the corporate office to update status of potential opportunities for identifying and solidifying new clients.

Qualified candidates will:

·        Have up to five years of related experience
·        Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus but not required) in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or similar discipline
·        Be self-starters with the ability to work extended periods without supervision
·        Be open to travel on an as needed basis
·        Possess a strong entrepreneurial drive to meet and exceed all business development goals, exceptional analytic abilities and strong presentation and writing skills
