Spire San Francisco’s Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP has been invited to both speak at and serve as the co-chair for The Seminar Group’s Construction Project Scheduling & Delay Claims live webcast.
We are excited to announce that Spire has welcomed two new professionals to our Austin, Texas headquarters office in support of our continued growth. Ms. Ashley Inman, SHRM-SCP, has joined Spire as the Human Resources Manager, and Ms. Taylor McIntyre has joined the Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator.
We are excited to announce that three of the 18 schools included in the $1.1 billion, 2017 Austin Independent School District (AISD) Bond Program have achieved substantial completion. Because of Spire’s efforts, these schools are prepared to open their doors for the education of Austin’s youth according to the city’s ordinances for in-person operation.
Spire’s presence among the top construction consulting firms is continuing to expand with the additions of Ms. Jessica Lunte and Mr. Anthony Springer to our team of experts. Ms. Lunte and Mr. Springer are joining the Spire team based in our Austin headquarters office, and will be invaluable in supporting our clients through all of their project needs.
Spire San Francisco’s Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP has been invited to speak at The Seminar Group’s Construction Project Scheduling & Delay Claims live webcast. Titled “Basics of Project Scheduling and Forensic Schedule Delay,” Mr. Nelson’s particular session will outline the CPM schedule development process and mechanics, the identification of the critical path, acceleration, and the differences between delay and disruption.
Spire’s Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, has been invited to serve as an A/E/C expert in the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law’s Leadership Roundtable Series on Impacts of COVID-19. More specifically, Mr. Gonzales will share his expertise as it relates to Force Majeure, Supply Chain Disruption, Delays And Claims.
Spire’s Texas presence is expanding with the addition of three new experts to our Austin headquarters office. We are excited to announce the addition of Ms. Heather Vacek as a Proposal Manager, Mr. David Carlson as a Consultant, and Mr. Casey Burson as an Associate Consultant.
Spire’s leadership team is meeting frequently to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, and to adjust our operations to maintain quality service. While we are currently maintaining normal business hours, we have implemented policies to focus on social distancing, technology implementation, and limited travel to allow our personnel to effectively and safely continue their daily functions.
Spire is excited to welcome the newest member of the team, Ms. Amy Jenkins. Ms. Jenkins will serve as the Executive Assistant to Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, and brings with her significant business management, coordination, and operational technology experience.
