Redfield Compressor Station Expansion
Project Detail
Spire’s experts provided arbitration support services for a nationally recognized construction law firm on behalf of a publically owned interstate natural gas pipeline developer. The project consisted of mechanical, civil, instrumentation and electrical work to expand the capacity of an existing compressor station, construct a new compressor station and install several hundred miles of pipe. As a result of several months of alleged delays, disruptions, acceleration and other impacts, a top 100 EPC firm filed suit against the developer. Accordingly, Spire’s construction experts evaluated the performance of the parties and the claimed $16,000,000 in damages alleged by the developer and the EPC firm in a compressed timeframe.
