Spire Expands Los Angeles Office by Adding Todd Cozolino as Associate Principal
Spire is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Cozolino as an Associate Principal in the Los Angeles office. In this role, he will lead Spire’s Capital Advisory, Project and Construction Management, Project Controls and Dispute Resolution Practice in Southern California.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Cozolino is a seasoned construction engineering professional with a diverse background in program and construction management, design management, contracts and claims, progressive project delivery, process management and dispute resolution. He specializes in budget management, schedule oversight and analyses, personnel management, risk assessments, productivity evaluations and claims avoidance.
Prior to joining Spire, Mr. Cozolino was with URS Corporation where he led the Claims Management and Dispute Resolution Practice and Facilities Program, Project and Construction Management business line for the Los Angeles Basin. He also has extensive experience as a program and project manager for educational capital programs which total more than $30 billion in value.
Mr. Cozolino holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California, Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Franklin Pierce College. He is a licensed attorney in Connecticut, LEED© Accredited Professional and an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, Construction Management Association of America and Design Build Institute of America.
