Spire’s presence among the top construction consulting firms is continuing to expand with the additions of Ms. Jessica Lunte and Mr. Anthony Springer to our team of experts. Ms. Lunte and Mr. Springer are joining the Spire team based in our Austin headquarters office, and will be invaluable in supporting our clients through all of their project needs.

 

Jessica Lunte, associate consultant at Spire Consulting GroupMs. Jessica Lunte, Associate Consultant, comes to Spire from the East Coast, bringing with her several years of experience working for an ENR Top 10 contractor. Ms. Lunte’s extensive experience in the field and as an Assistant Superintendent has equipped her to foresee and navigate project pitfalls, on both the proactive and forensic side. Ms. Lunte develops complex construction schedules and ensures that projects are completed on time and according to the client’s budget. Additionally, she performs delay and damages quantification, as well as schedule analysis and claims management. Her expertise enables her to give clients unrivaled assistance on all construction conflicts, and will be indispensable in allowing Spire to continue to make client’s visions become reality.

 

Anthony Springer, associate consultant at Spire Consulting GroupMr. Anthony Springer comes to Spire as an Associate Consultant, and assists clients with both proactive construction management services as well as forensic consulting engagements. He performs critical path method (CPM) scheduling services including preparation of baseline schedules and periodic progress updates. In construction-related disputes, Mr. Springer assists with analysis efforts related to schedule delays, productivity impacts, changed work, and damages quantifications. Mr. Springer has contributed immeasurably to the clients he works with, employing his experience, tenacity, and attention to detail to do so.
