Spire’s Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, has been invited to serve as an A/E/C expert in the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law’s Leadership Roundtable Series on Impacts of COVID-19. More specifically, Mr. Gonzales will share his expertise as it relates to Force Majeure, Supply Chain Disruption, Delays And Claims. Focusing on the Owners’ and Contractors’ perspectives, Mr. Gonzales and his co-presenters will discuss the immediate repercussions of the COVID-19 crisis and how to adjust the project budget and schedules accordingly.

This free 90-minute program provides a unique opportunity for attendees to hear directly from industry leaders about how to approach and resolve various legal implications resulting from COVID-19, efficiently implement schedule updates necessitated by delays, navigate supply chain disruptions, and several more crucial topics to help Owners and Contractors work through any potential delays and disruptions they have experienced as a result of the pandemic.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, with Mr. Gonzales presenting alongside Winstead’s Kristen L. Sherwin, Jacobs’ Rhonda Caviedes, and Adelburg Rudow’s Tracy L. Steedman.
