Spire is a Proud Exhibitor of the Basic Course in Texas Construction Law

Spire Consulting Group will be sponsoring the 2016 Basic Course in Texas Construction Law on December 1-2 at the Westin Galleria in Houston, TX. The Basic Course is hosted by the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and is designed for construction professionals and lawyers who want to gain knowledge of Texas construction law. The courses and seminars will be taught by tenured construction lawyers and will act as a conduit for discussion about recent articles, publications, and cases impacting the industry. Some of the featured sessions from the program include “What Works and Doesn’t Work in Construction Mediations and Arbitrations”; “The Successful Preparation and Use of Construction Experts”; and “Contracts from the Owner’s Perspective”, to name a few.

Spire has been involved with the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas for nearly a decade. During that time, Spire Consulting Group has provided clients throughout Texas and the nation with the commitment, industry experience, and proven results their projects need in order to reach substantial completion. Spire’s seasoned professionals have experience in identifying, analyzing, and preparing construction claims and disputes for construction and engineering projects worldwide.
