SPIRE’S KELLY PETTERSEN TO PRESENT AT NASHVILLE BUILD EXPO

Ms. Kelly Pettersen provides scheduling and change order evaluation services on large-scale industrial, mixed-use, and military projects requiring USACE, AFCEC or NAVFAC cost loaded schedule reporting and time impact analysis (TIA) requirements. In claims situations, she assists with schedule delay analyses, productivity impact assessments, and damages quantifications. Ms. Pettersen serves as the marketing and networking chair for the Austin chapter of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC). Ms. Pettersen is certified as an advanced Primavera P6 scheduler.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spire Consultant, Kelly Pettersen, will be presenting at the 2018 Nashville Build Expo on both December 5th and 6th. The premier building and construction show will be held at the Music City Center and is a national event that connects general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and other construction professionals. Ms. Pettersen’s presentation, Effective Construction Scheduling – Understanding and Managing the Critical Path, will discuss the importance of scheduling to effectively manage projects, forecast completion dates, and communicate the overall construction plan. She will provide insights on scheduling basics, critical path method scheduling, updating the schedule, and schedule reporting. In addition, Ms. Pettersen will cover properly developing and managing a schedule throughout the project in order to avoid costly and time-consuming claims situations.
