The session titled Forecasting the Future: Effective Schedule Development and Management, will provide an overview of how to properly develop and manage a schedule throughout the project. Specific topics covered will include scheduling basics, developing a realistic baseline schedule, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, revisions and updates to the schedule, and cost / resource loading and reporting. The class is targeted to owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, federal and municipal agencies.
