With more than 15 years of human resources experience, Ashley Inman specializes in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and risk management.


Ashley Inman, SHRM-SCP, has over 15 years of human resources experience, including time with an ENR Top 400 infrastructure solutions firm. At Spire, Ms. Inman partners with company leadership to continuously improve areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management. She aids in the company’s efforts to foster a strong, positive company culture through meetings and events that support and encourage both the personal and professional aspirations for employees. Ms. Inman is an SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP), as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In addition, she has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 from the Volusia/Flagler Business Report, is a Leadership Austin Affiliate Alumni, and has partnered with SHRM Educational Programs to pilot the inaugural SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.
