Ms. Kristina Wade, Director of Human Resources, has over 15 years of human resources experience, including time with a large regional healthcare provider. At Spire, Ms. Kristina Wade partners with company leadership to continuously improve areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management. She aids in the company’s efforts to foster a strong, positive company culture through employee relations, organizational development, policy and process implementation, and performance management. Ms. Wade is a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is the senior-most human resources certification for those HR professionals who have also demonstrated a strategic knowledge of the HR body of knowledge. The SPHR demonstrates your mastery of the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management. With a passion for working with people, Kristina’s experience includes human capital management, employee relations, strategic alignment, training, succession planning, and recruitment. Ms. Wade earned her Master’s degree in Human Services from St. Edward’s University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Ms. Wade is also a member of Austin Human Resources Management Association whose mission is to promote professionalism, effectiveness, and understanding in the Human Resource Management field.
