Leslie Botello

In her role as Spire’s Operations Manager, Ms. Leslie Botello partners with the Director of Finance to support Spire’s essential business operations and office management functions. She also performs duties across the operations and finance area of the firm, manages staff as needed, and fosters relationships with clients, vendors, and independent contractors. She serves as a hub for continuous improvement projects and initiatives impacting Spire’s personnel, processes, and systems. Ms. Botello proactively seeks operational efficiency opportunities and communicates with various company leaders to enhance organizational success. Ms. Botello possesses strong business acumen, develops creative solutions, and excels at planning, coordinating, and implementing new ideas. In addition to obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Egade Business School, she also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
