Ms. Sanyukta Das has more than ten years of experience as a Project Controls Engineer on extensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects supporting the semiconductor, energy, and automotive industries.

Ms. Sanyukta Das has more than ten years of experience as a Project Controls Engineer on extensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects supporting the semiconductor, energy, and automotive industries. Throughout her career, she has coordinated large project groups to meet deliverables, communicated project status to stakeholders, and developed and implemented Project Controls tools. Her project portfolio includes a wide range of work from data centers, utilities, substations, heavy equipment installations, and office buildings. Having worked on all phases of projects from project development, engineering, design, and execution to closeout, she has managed projects from both the owner’s side and as an EPC contractor. Ms. Das is proficient at creating baseline schedules, performing schedule updates, KPI reporting, earned value management, change order management, cost management (resource management and cost control), as well as schedule and cost risk analysis. Sanyukta Das brings international experience to Spire, having worked with diverse cross-functional teams with projects based out of the Gulf of Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, and India. Ms. Das is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified which means that she has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) model in accordance with Six Sigma principles. These construction professionals have basic knowledge of lean enterprise concepts, are able to identify non-value-added elements and activities.
