Anthony Gonzales Participates in Panel Discussion at UTCLE Construction Law Conference

Anthony Gonzales, principal of Spire Consulting Group, recently participated in a panel discussion at The University of Texas CLE Construction Law Conference at the Belo Mansion in Dallas, Texas, September 13th-14th.

Mr. Gonzales served as the moderator of the panel titled, “Innovative Construction Financing.” The panelists included Daniel Jones of KPMG Corporate Finance LLP and Rodney Moss of Balfour Beatty. The panelists discussed what stakeholders should know before getting involved with public private partnerships (P3) projects. From identifying and managing risks to general tips on what should be included in contracts, different perspectives on P3 projects were addressed.

Other speakers included C. A. (Joe) Davis of Brown McCarroll, L.L.P., John W. Nassen of Ford Nassen & Baldwin and Matthew B. Cano of Allensworth and Porter, L.L.P.
