Spire Consulting Group is set to return as an Annual Exhibitor at the 2017 American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. The conference will take place at the JW Marriott from April 19-22. The program this year offers a wide-variety of topics that will help both inside and outside counsel advise their clients on the ever-changing rules and regulations of the construction industry. Additionally, the conference sessions and plenary panels will be led by in-house and government counsel from around the country, two judges, and a leading construction economist, just to name a few.

Construction is challenging. What if you could have the foresight to predict what could go wrong on a project, or clearly understand why it did? We can. Throughout the United States and the world, Spire provides law firms, owners, and contractors with the advantage of expertise, delivering information that is clear, concise, and objective. Our services span the life of a project, from planning and project management to expert testimony. Spire’s seasoned professionals have experience in identifying, analyzing, and preparing claims and disputes for construction and engineering projects. From mediation, arbitration and litigation consulting to expert testimony, Spire has the services to support you in every phase of the dispute resolution process. You have a project to complete. We have the experts to help you.

Spire will be represented by Anthony Gonzales, Robert Crowder, Kate Hull, Jesus Schuldes, and Tamara Savinas. The Spire team is looking forward to engaging top attorneys in discussions about managing litigation costs, key construction contract terms, and employment and labor availability risks. The team is also excited to participate in several division events during the conference and attend ABA events such as the Welcome Reception, Women’s Reception, and Diversity Breakfast. As always, the Spire team invites attendees to their booth (#32 this year), to collaborate, bring innovative construction law ideas to light, and ensure that every client’s vision becomes a reality.
