Helen Chen has joined spire consulting group as human resources manager in the
Austin office

Ms. Helen Chen has more than 10 years of diverse human resources and management experience, providing strategic leadership solutions and advising senior management on critical organizational decisions. She has helped start-ups and established organizations domestically and internationally build collaborative and transparent environments in order to help business and empower employees to be successful. With Spire, she will partner with the administration and operations teams to continuously improve areas such as workforce planning and employment recruitment, human resources development, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labor relations, risk management, and payroll. She will nurture Spire’s strong positive company culture that supports and encourages personal and professional aspirations for employees and stimulates limitless success for the organization. Ms. Chen is a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SCP). Ms. Chen earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
