Spire is proud to welcome Robert T. Crowder as Associate Principal to the team. Mr. Crowder has more than 30 years of construction and program management experience, delivering large complex facilities including tier 3 and 4 data centers, airports, convention centers, transportation centers, and highly technical educational facilities.
Mr. Crowder provides clients with effective leadership, sharp attention to detail, and a valued partnership throughout the lifecycle of every project. He utilizes his expertise to deliver real-world, cost-effective solutions to help clients make the right decisions on their projects, the first time. During his career, Mr. Crowder has focused on delivery systems such as Construction Management At-Risk (CMR), Design-Build (DB), and Construction Management-Agency (CMA). He has led complex, multimillion-dollar projects and has developed the coast-to-coast operations of a large, national general contractor. In his role with Spire, Mr. Crowder manages client engagements and develops strategic long-range plans to achieve construction program objectives.

Mr. Crowder is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and maintains his Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and his LEED Accredited Professional (AP) certification with the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
