AACE international women in project controls

Managing Consultant, Kate Hull, will present a webinar on February 9th titled “Construction Claims from a Global Perspective” in partnership with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International, Women in Project Controls Committee. The session, projected to have upwards of 300 attendees, will provide an overview of how to identify and quantify delays, disruptions, and productivity loss claims for an international power plant project. The session will also give attendees insight into the different types of challenges that arise on international projects such as language and cultural barriers, shortage of skilled labor, and procurement issues.

Ms. Hull is a thought leader within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. She excels at driving projects to completion while keeping them on time and within budget. Ms. Hull has extensive international project experience, working across the globe from East Asia to the Eastern Coast of Africa, back to South America and all over the United States. Her dispute resolution expertise has helped multiple clients recover or avoid being assessed several million dollars in damages for projects ranging from industrial plants to grade schools. This diverse experience gives Ms. Hull the edge when discussing construction claims from a global perspective.
