Spire Consulting Group Welcomes Ochamuke Ejofodomi as Managing Consultant

AUSTIN, Texas – June 16, 2026 – Spire Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Ochamuke Ejofodomi, PMP, has joined the firm as a Managing Consultant on the Project Controls team.

Ms. Ejofodomi is a seasoned cost engineering and project controls professional with extensive experience delivering strategic project control solutions across complex capital projects worldwide. She specializes in the development and implementation of integrated project control systems and the application of advanced, data-driven methodologies that optimize project performance, strengthen contract management strategies, and support informed decision-making.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ejofodomi has supported a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects, including offshore EPCI oil and gas developments, hyperscale data center programs, and major EPC infrastructure and commercial construction projects collectively valued at more than $4 billion across multiple continents. Her expertise spans schedule management, cost management, risk management, project analytics, and Earned Value Management (EVM), contributing to cost savings exceeding $150 million on the services she has provided.

Ms. Ejofodomi’s experience spans the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and project execution through closeout. She has successfully enhanced governance frameworks, strengthened reporting capabilities, and implemented robust change and risk management processes that improve performance and support successful project delivery.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and active member of AACE International, Ms. Ejofodomi has delivered industry presentations on project controls and cost engineering topics. She holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Corporate Sustainability at ISC Paris Business School in France.
