Spire Expands in Texas with Two New Professionals

SPIRE EXPANDS IN TEXAS WITH TWO NEW PROFESSIONALS

We are excited to announce that Spire has welcomed two new professionals to our Austin, Texas headquarters office in support of our continued growth. Ms. Ashley Inman, SHRM-SCP, has joined Spire as the Human Resources Manager, and Ms. Taylor McIntyre has joined the Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator.

Ms. Ashley Inman has over 15 years of human resources experience, including time with an ENR Top 400 infrastructure solutions firm. Ms. Inman has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 from the Volusia/Flagler Business Report, is a Leadership Austin Affiliate Alumni, and has partnered with SHRM Educational Programs to pilot the inaugural SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential. She has also been interviewed by Bloomberg Law, U.S. News & World Report, NPR, USA Today’s Modern Woman, and various additional publications. At Spire, she partners with company leadership to continuously improve areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management.  Ms. Inman earned her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Ms. Inman is an SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP), as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Ms. Taylor McIntyre supports the internal and external marketing efforts at Spire Consulting Group. She plans, develops, and coordinates content for external communication such as project updates and milestones, press releases, published and contributed articles, and integrated media plans. She also assists in technical editing of expert reports produced by our Services teams. Ms. McIntyre is responsible for the planning and execution of various industry events and engagements, maintaining the firm’s social media platforms, assisting with the digital marketing strategy, and collaborating with the proposal team. Ms. McIntyre obtained her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and is an active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
