SPIRE SAN FRANCISCO SCHEDULING EXPERTS
LEAD PSP CERTIFICATION
TRAINING COURSE

Spire experts had the recent honor of leading the Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification Training Course in San Francisco, California, hosted by the AACE International (AACE) Bay Area Section. Spire’s Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP and Dr. Nour Bouhou, PSP, facilitated the course, utilizing their combined decades of experience to provide valuable, first-hand insight to all who attended. The two-day training course aimed to prepare A/E/C industry professionals for the industry-recognized AACE PSP certification exam by reviewing material and skills required for successful completion.

Those who earn the prestigious PSP certification are accredited with superior proficiency in project planning, and the development, updating, and analysis of integrated project schedules. They also possess a distinguished capability to handle complex scheduling matters that are not dealt with on a day-to-day basis, ultimately preparing them and their teams for whatever may happen on a project.

Spire is proud to have PSP-certified experts such as Mr. Nelson and Dr. Bouhou supplementing our first-rate construction scheduling services. Our team of experts provide critical path method (CPM) scheduling, time impact analyses (TIA), schedule delay analyses, and resource- and cost-loaded schedule management, allowing our clients to make informed decisions every step of the way. With thoughtful planning and organized scheduling, our clients can rest assured that their project will succeed before the process even begins.
