Spire Consulting Group proudly sponsored the 51st Annual AACEI Western Winter Workshop presented by the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California Sections in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The three-day workshop took place at Harrah’s and Harveys Casino Resort, March 16 – 18, 2012 and consisted of capital management and technical presentations, a ski competition and several networking events.
The purpose of the Western Winter Workshop is to showcase the very latest in project controls knowledge, tools and methodologies, as well as to provide a unique opportunity to network with key decision-makers for major capital project delivery organizations, owners, executives, managers, engineers, and many other industry professionals.

- 32 Technical Speakers
- Raised Money to Contribute to the AACE International Scholarship Fund
In addition, Dana Fetrow, Managing Consultant of Spire, served as the director for the 2012 Western Winter Workshop. Mr. Fetrow and his planning committee were tasked with planning and coordinating the entire event.
