Spire Welcomes Houston Associate Principal, Chris Caddell, PE, PMP, CCP, DRMP

We are excited to welcome our newest Associate Principal, Mr. Chris Caddell, PE, PMP, CCP, DRMP, to the Spire team! Mr. Caddell comes to Spire from an international, ENR Top 20 construction management firm and brings with him more than three decades of industry experience. Mr. Caddell is an experienced expert witness in disputes regarding construction cost and schedule impacts, which allows him to better serve his proactive clients in mitigating costly disputes.

Mr. Caddell’s career has included supporting international projects ranging from $10 million to $10 billion in value, serving a wide range of clients and industries. At Spire, he leads our Houston office while serving owners, contractors, and law firms in both proactive and forensic projects internationally. He provides construction and program management services by performing risk identification and management, change order analysis, schedule oversight, and cost management throughout the lifecycle of a project. On the forensic side, he supports clients involved in complex construction-related claims and disputes by performing schedule delay analyses, changed work evaluations, productivity impact analyses, and damages quantification.
