We are excited to announce the addition of Ms. Kristina Wade to the Spire team as Human Resources Manager. Ms. Wade has over 15 years of human resources experience, including time with a large regional healthcare provider. At Spire, Ms. Wade partners with company leadership to continuously improve workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management. She aids in the company’s efforts to foster a strong, positive company culture through employee relations, organizational development, policy and process implementation, and performance management. Ms. Wade is a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. With a passion for working with people, Kristina’s experience includes human capital management, employee relations, strategic alignment, training, succession planning, and recruitment. Ms. Wade earned her Master’s degree in Human Services from St. Edward’s University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
