Spire Welcomes New Construction Experts to Support Growth in Texas

Due to rapid growth, we have welcomed four new construction professionals to our Austin headquarters office, broadening our presence in Texas. Ms. Sara Hinojosa has been added to Spire’s Project Management team to augment the Austin Independent School District (AISD) Bond Program group, serving as a Project Manager and Cost Controller for the bond program. To supplement the Dispute Resolution and Project Controls teams, Spire has welcomed Mr. Josh Herrera and Mr. Keefe Mulligan. These experts will support Spire’s growth in providing litigation support to clients in construction-related disputes, in addition to project planning, scheduling, and cost controls services on proactive construction projects. Lastly, Ms. Krisanne Naudin will serve as the Executive Assistant to Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, and will be providing high-level executive, administrative, and organizational support to the Spire leadership team.

Ms. Sara Hinojosa
is a collaborative, organized, and proactive Project Manager and Cost Controller with additional experience as a Project Engineer & Pre-Construction Estimator for a General Contracting firm, and an Assistant Project Manager for an MEP Contractor. As a Project Manager and Cost Controller, she serves as a passionate and trusted advocate for her clients, guarding their best interests and offering guidance and technical expertise to inform their decisions. Ms. Hinojosa is strategic and innovative in her processes while also consistently working to protect the financial success of the project for her clients. She leverages her attention to detail and diverse professional background to support a wide multitude of municipal, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and higher education projects ranging from $50,000 to $65 million.

Mr. Josh Herrera
is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has significant project management experience from his previous work as a project and plant engineer with a top logistics leader. He is a detail-oriented, results-driven leader and quick learner with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mentality. He has held positions such as Building and Systems Engineer, Plant Engineer, and Material Science where he managed project budgets, developed bid packages, identified qualified bidders, created contracts and agreements, and administered the construction process. As an Associate Consultant at Spire, Mr. Herrera, evaluates project planning efforts for clients by performing constructability and technical reviews of baseline schedules and schedule updates, as well as providing litigation support in complex construction-related disputes involving a variety of industries. To each project, he brings his strong capabilities with organization, communication, and multi-tasking.

 

Keefe Mulligan headshot Spire Consulting Group
Mr. Keefe Mulligan
, Associate Consultant, supports clients with pre-construction project planning related to costs and schedules, as well as construction-related claims and quantification of damages. Mr. Mulligan excels at reviewing schedule delay and acceleration, productivity loss, late and excessive changes, deficient drawings and specifications, defects, and differing site conditions in support of project development. Mr. Mulligan brings experience in project engineering and pre-construction planning from his time working at one of the top 20 largest ENR contractors. With a direct individual scope responsibility for estimating over $1.3 billion, this previous experience gave him the ability to multi-task and contribute to various large, diverse projects simultaneously. Through his proven leadership qualities and positive mindset, Mr. Mulligan works within the Spire team to identify areas of concern and create solutions for each of our clients. He performs constructability and technical reviews of contractor baseline estimates and schedules by leveraging his strong communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, developers, and architects.

Ms. Krisanne Naudin
is a highly-organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with more than 20 years of experience providing thorough and skillful administrative support to senior executives and board members. She provides Spire’s Managing Principal and leadership team with high-level executive, administrative, and organizational support. Ms. Naudin leverages her dedication and focus to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals in a fast-paced environment. As a resourceful problem-solver, Ms. Naudin is ready to help and contribute to a great work environment. She conducts necessary client research, prepares in-depth reports and presentations, handles confidential information requests, and manages multiple Executives’ schedules, including the coordination of meetings, events, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
