Spire Welcomes Rod Francovalle: Director of Project Controls

SPIRE WELCOMES ROD FRANCOVALLE: DIRECTOR OF PROJECT CONTROLS

We are excited to welcome our new Director of Project Controls, Mr. Rodrigo (Rod) Francovalle to the Spire team! Mr. Francovalle comes to Spire from a global, ENR Top 20 project management firm in California and brings with him two decades of project controls experience. He has held senior leadership roles within various companies both domestically and abroad and has a thorough grasp on how to properly manage and execute the many facets of a project.

His career has included the management of over $25 billion in projects all over the world, serving his clients in a multitude of industries and project types. Mr. Francovalle is an expert in identifying and understanding the key drivers in risk management leading to successful program outcomes.  From proactive to forensic scheduling and analysis, Mr. Francovalle understands both the intricacies and the importance of guaranteeing that a project’s processes and procedures are such that pitfalls are mitigated, and logistics are seamless. He has an established project controls background with an emphasis on Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Earned Value Management, cost management, data interpretation, and visualization. Mr. Francovalle serves as a leader within the A/E/C industry as a Certified Cost Consultant with AACE International and holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
