Please join us in welcoming Ms. Sydney Overman to the Spire Team. Ms. Overman has an established forensic background with emphasis on investigating and analyzing construction claims related to schedule delays, productivity loss, and financial disputes, performing quality control reviews and analyzing cost overruns. Her experience also includes assisting with expert report preparation and supporting clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Ms. Overman’s representative engagements consist of commercial, education, infrastructure, oil & gas, chemical, power, and residential & mixed-use projects. She brings expertise in developing and presenting training curricula related to delays, productivity loss, and damage analysis. Ms. Overman is a Certified Engineer in Training (EIT) and a Certified Scheduling Technician (CST).
