Spire Welcomes Yousef Safadi: Associate Consultant

SPIRE WELCOMES YOUSEF SAFADI: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

We are excited to welcome Mr. Yousef Safadi, Associate Consultant, to the Spire team! Mr. Safadi began his career internationally within the structural engineering field in Lebanon and continued to develop his expertise within the United States. His experience ranges from commercial engagements to multifamily residential projects and extends around the globe. Mr. Safadi has significant experience, both on the forensic and proactive sides of construction, which will be invaluable to his work with Spire.

Prior to joining the Spire team, Mr. Safadi earned project management and controls experience from his work with contractors both domestically and abroad. He understands the intricacies of project planning, as well as the numerous aspects that go into executing a project on time and within the planned budget. Mr. Safadi specializes in the development of CPM schedules, as well as the preparation of cost estimates and various training programs. Forensically, he performs risk analysis, prepares claims evaluations, quantifies and documents delays, manages project documents, and assists with all other litigation needs.
