Titled “Basics of Project Scheduling and Forensic Schedule Delay,” Mr. Nelson’s particular session will outline the CPM schedule development process and mechanics, the identification of the critical path, acceleration, and the differences between delay and disruption.

Spire San Francisco’s top construction engineering experts, Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP and Nour Bouhou, PhD, PSP will be the keynote speakers for the AACE International (AACE) San Francisco Bay Area Section’s September meeting. Mr. Nelson and Dr. Bouhou will share their extensive knowledge on weather delays, specifically how to analyze adverse weather in construction scheduling.
