Spire’s leadership team is meeting frequently to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, and to adjust our operations to maintain quality service. While we are currently maintaining normal business hours, we have implemented policies to focus on social distancing, technology implementation, and limited travel to allow our personnel to effectively and safely continue their daily functions.

Spire San Francisco Experts Present On Weather Delays To AACE

Spire San Francisco’s top construction engineering experts, Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP and Nour Bouhou, PhD, PSP will be the keynote speakers for the AACE International (AACE) San Francisco Bay Area Section’s September meeting. Mr. Nelson and Dr. Bouhou will share their extensive knowledge on weather delays, specifically how to analyze adverse weather in construction scheduling.

Spire Managing Consultant, Roger Nelson, Will Join The Bar Association of San Francisco As a Panel Speaker

Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP, Managing Consultant at Spire, has been invited to join the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco as a panel speaker in a roundtable discussion regarding construction delays. On August 20, Mr. Nelson will share his first-hand construction scheduling expertise, specifically as it relates to delay analysis, and why understanding delays is important in construction-related disputes.

Spire Welcomes New Construction Experts to Support Texas Growth

Spire has been growing rapidly over the last decade and has welcomed four new experts to its Austin headquarters office, broadening its presence in Texas. Mr. Joseph Pille, PE has been added to Spire’s Project Management team, and Mr. Ario Mirfatahi, Mr. Andrew Darko, and Mr. Steve Purugganan have been hired to supplement the Dispute Resolution Support team.
