Spire is thrilled to announce that we have acquired Precision Scheduling Consultants LLC.

Last week, Spire welcomed ten new employees with vast scheduling experience and dedication to project controls excellence. The addition of Precision’s team also means that Spire is adding a new office location in San Antonio, Texas. By combining our expertise, commitment to clients, and pursuit of A/E/C innovation, this team-up will take Spire’s industry leadership and service offerings to a whole new level. We couldn’t be more excited about what this means for us and our wonderful clients. Our clients will not only receive the excellent service they have come to expect from Spire, but they will now have even more project controls experts at their fingertips, ready to meet any need that arises.

We have developed our project management approach based on extensive claims and dispute resolution experience, which gives us a unique and in-depth understanding of what can go wrong on a project. Spire uses this knowledge to identify potential trouble spots on a project before they develop into problems and to recommend or initiate preventive action through strategic planning and controls.
