Spire’s project controls experts Kate Hull, Managing Consultant, and Roberto Leandro, PMP, Consultant, have delivered two thought-leading engagements to A/E/C professionals of Austin, TX over the last few weeks. In addition to speaking at the Austin Bar Association Construction Law Section’s January luncheon, Ms. Hull co-presented with Mr. Leandro at the 2019 Austin Build Expo conference.

Spire’s San Francisco Office Has Moved to One Sansome

Spire is excited to announce that as of February 2019, we have relocated our San Francisco office to the prestigious One Sansome Street, located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District. The new office offers Spire employees and clients easy access to all forms of public transit and is conveniently situated directly above a main Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station.

Anthony Gonzales Kicked Off 2019 with Multiple Thought-Leading Engagements

Spire Managing Principal, Anthony Gonzales, has carried his thought-leading reputation into the New Year. In the first few weeks of 2019, he has delivered presentations to the Project Management College of Scheduling (PMCOS)’s College of Fellows Annual Meeting, and the Texas Executive MBA Program, offered by the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Spire’s Kelly Pettersen to Present at Nashville Build Expo

Spire Consultant, Kelly Pettersen, will be presenting at the 2018 Nashville Build Expo on both December 5th and 6th. Ms. Pettersen’s presentation, Effective Construction Scheduling – Understanding and Managing the Critical Path, will discuss the importance of scheduling to effectively manage projects, forecast completion dates, and communicate the overall construction plan.

Spire Adds Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP to Growing San Francisco Team

Spire is pleased to welcome the newest Managing Consultant to the San Francisco office, Roger Nelson, PE, PSP, LEED AP. Mr. Nelson has over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry and has worked in the field alongside architects, contractors, and engineers in the construction process and provided services on construction-related disputes for various complex projects.

Forecasting The Future: Effective Schedule Development and Management

Spire Managing Consultant, Jesus Schuldes, PSP, presented at the 2018 Houston Build Expo on both August 15th and 16th at the NRG Park Convention Center. The session titled Forecasting the Future: Effective Schedule Development and Management, provided guidelines on how to properly develop and manage a schedule throughout a construction project.
