Bellows Air Force Station
Spire provided a Class 3 budget estimate for two detached, two-story buildings to provide additional lodging for Bellows Air Force Station (AFS) in Oahu, Hawaii. Each of the two new buildings had eight rental cabins comprised of four units on the ground floor and four units on the second floor. The new lodging cabins were designed and built using modern methods, energy/utility conservation measures, materials, and construction technology to provide economical and functional facilities. The floor area for each rental unit included bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, lanai, and all necessary utilities. Supporting facilities included septic tanks, parking, water, electrical, communications, landscaping, trash bin area, and all appurtenances for complete and useable recreational facilities.
