Charlotte Mixed-Use Development
The Charlotte Mixed-Use Development is a $96 million project located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project is divided into four areas, including several multi-story, mixed-use buildings, a parking garage, and fitness, restaurant, office, and retail space. Along with these amenities, Charlotte Mixed-Use Development also includes a cinema structure and storage spaces.
Spire’s scope of work on this project included assisting the developer and owner in creating a detailed cost estimate, including a comprehensive quantity take-off backup with pricing sources and assumptions incorporated therein. Spire’s expert consultants worked closely with the client to ensure an accurate cost estimation packet was produced to be used in the comparison of contractor bids and proposals for the project.
As a result of Spire’s efforts, the client used Spire’s estimate and backup to compare against bids and proposals from contractors and pursue their project in the most cost-efficient manner.
