Spire Consulting Group will continue its tradition of sponsoring and exhibiting at The Basic Course in Texas Construction Law from November 30 to December 1, 2017 at The Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas. The Basic Course is hosted by the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and is designed for construction professionals and lawyers who want to gain knowledge of Texas construction law. The two-day course will emphasize the practical aspects of construction law, including discussion of construction contracts, Texas lien laws, and construction disputes and their resolutions. Featured sessions include Contracts from the General Contractor’s Perspective, Schedules and Preparation and Analysis of Construction Claims, and The Successful Preparation and Use of Construction Experts.
