The 75-acre Summerwalk Village project, consists of simple homes, townhomes and patio homes with approximately 28,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial retail space, a regional community church site, and over 11 acres of open space, trails and parks.
Spire provided cost and risk management services to help determine the construction completion status and general conformance to the predetermined scope of work. The consultants reviewed the project schedule and costs to help identify any potential issues that might result in delays or disruptions to completion of the project. Primavera was used in the schedule analysis. Spire’s consultants completed their review and analysis on time and within budget, and in compliance with the client’s quality standards.
