Mr. Richard Couturier brings more than 25 years of development and construction experience. He has managed more than $2 Billion for over 30 public and private facilities in Texas and throughout the Midwest.


Mr. Richard Couturier brings more than 25 years of development and construction experience. He has managed more than $2 Billion for over 30 public and private facilities in Texas and throughout the Midwest. Mr. Couturier’s business philosophy provides him with a deep understanding of the complexities within the AEC industry along with a strong sense of urgency. Drawing on this experience, he helps his customers create a strategy around their vision and analytics, and then quickly implements a real estate solution that delivers success for his customers. His exceptional client service has allowed him to lead all aspects of the development process for a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, and medical office buildings. In addition to handling project financing, planning, scheduling and budget, he works with clients to develop strategies for incorporating energy efficiency and environmentally friendly standards. Mr. Couturier also has extensive experience managing the development of automotive research and manufacturing facilities, municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities, and remediation/redevelopment of environmentally contaminated brownfield sites. He has held various leadership roles within Urban Land Institute, Building Owners and Managers Association, Medical Group Management Association, and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
