Ms. Cristina Silingardi is a global executive specializing in finance, operations, and scalable growth. With a proven track record in strategic execution, she ensures Spire’s vision and mission becomes a reality by leading operations to achieve operational efficiency and sustainable growth.  

Ms. Cristina Silingardi, COO of Spire Consulting Group, is an established veteran and leader in the international business arena with extensive experience leading finance, operations, sales, and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Silingardi has led the US expansion of a European semiconductor equipment manufacturing firm overseeing finance, accounting, human resources, and operations as the Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, she established operations in the United States and improved internal controls to achieve operational efficiency and cultural alignment between the different global markets.

In addition, Ms. Silingardi led and scaled a national professional service firm focused on accounting, finance, operations, and human resources. As Vice President, she implemented improvements in operations, expanded the business development functions, elevated brand awareness, diversified client mix, and created an enthusiastic culture to achieve doubledigit annual growth. She has advised small and large organizations on strategic leadership, sustainability, and corporate governance to achieve profitable growth, and led acquisitions in Europe and South America.

As Spire’s Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Silingardi oversees the strategic and day-to-day business operations of the firm to achieve the vision, mission, and operational efficiency. Ms. Silingardi earned a master’s degree in accounting and financial management, bachelor’s in economics, and is a licensed Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) fluent in English, Portuguese, and German.
