Mr. Roberto Leandro, PMP assists clients with front-end project planning and management services, and provides post-construction forensic analyses of schedule delay, productivity impact, and damages.

Mr. Roberto Leandro, Associate Principal, has 14+ years of international and domestic experience in the A/E/C industry. At Spire, Roberto Leandro is responsible for the preparation of claims evaluations and the support of clients in various mediation, arbitration, and litigation efforts. He advises clients on managing project schedules and avoiding or managing schedule delays. He also assists clients with updating cost-loaded schedules and provides post-construction forensic analyses of schedule delay, productivity impact, change orders, and damage quantification. With a portfolio of $3+ billion, Mr. Leandro has provided services on more than 35 projects in a myriad of industries, including commercial, government, infrastructure, OGS, industrial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use. Mr. Leandro is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an active member of Associated General Contractors (AGC), the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), and a former Vice Chair for the AGC Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Austin Chapter. Mr. Leandro is also a member of Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), PMI Austin Chapter, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Austin Chapter. His most recent speaking engagements include “Identifying Delay Claims” for Surety Association of South Texas, “Construction Scheduling – The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly” for Build Expo Austin, and “Identifying Delay Claims” for the AGC Austin Chapter.
