Spire is seeking an Human Resources Manager in our Austin office to work directly with the Director of Operations to assist with HR functions. The Human Resources Manager will manage all HR functions including leading candidate recruitment efforts. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and function effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a “can do” attitude. We are looking for an energetic, quick-learning, and motivated candidate with A/E/C industry experience, as well as strong people and communication skills.
