Marketing Manager

  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Work with sales, services, operations, HR, recruiting and marketing team to produce customized, high-profile presentations & custom graphics.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Assist proposal manager with processes, template creation, imagery, and specialized graphics.
  • Leads creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

digital marketing

  • Manage website design, creation, performance, and maintenance.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Own and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain Spire social media presence.
  • Produce 2-3 pieces of social media or website content each week.
  • Strategize how to reach target audiences and markets through digital ads.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Brand design & management

  • Establish creative direction for the company and manage corresponding brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the design of all marketing collateral including, but not limited to, custom graphics, infographics, motion graphics, videos, press releases, promotional items, various mockups.
  • Develop brand strategies and content for print and digital collateral.
  • Manage production of corporate photography and video creation
  • Develop and maintain graphic collateral archive and photo libraries.
  • Create tools and instruction for non-marketing staff for the use of new firmwide standards and templates.
  • Lead the ideation process and bring ideas to life by creating detailed concept visualizations.
  • Effectively communicate creative ideas to both the Spire team and its clients.
  • Create website landing pages and registration pages for events and campaigns.
  • Assist consultants with graphics for reports, presentations, and other materials.

  • Demonstrate successful experience with design and production of print materials and publications.

EDUCATION & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization or consulting firm.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a manager level or 5 years’ experience as marketing coordinator.
  • Experience with online banner ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML, SEO and webpage development.
  • Experience with managing outside vendors.
  • Experience with developing, executing, managing and analyzing marketing and sales programs.
  • Experience with corporate branding and strategic marketing management.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Experience performing market analyses and developing go-to-market plans.

computer skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft software.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with CRM databases such as SugarCRM or Salesforce.
  • Experience using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Web Master Tools.
  • Proficient with WordPress or similar content management system.
