Dana Fetrow is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic consulting, operations, and project management initiatives across sectors including commercial development, healthcare, infrastructure, and government.

Mr. Dana Fetrow, Director of Construction Advisory, has over 20 years of experience in consulting, strategic operations and project management. He has led advisory engagements for public and private clients across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, commercial development, education and government, with services spanning capital program strategy, project performance optimization, organizational design, and technology enablement. Prior to rejoining Spire, Mr. Fetrow served as CEO and COO of a national healthcare services firm, where he scaled global operations, launched new service lines and managed key partnerships. He also held consulting roles at Accenture, supporting multi-hundred-million-dollar public sector technology programs and advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy and business process optimization. An ENR California Top 20 Under 40 awardee, he has held multiple leadership roles with AACE and is active in organizations such as the ABA Construction Law Forum, CMAA and AGC demonstrating his long-standing commitment to excellence in the built environment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in structural engineering and construction management.
