With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Gene Glenn has guided projects through every phase, from preconstruction and BIM coordination to execution and close-out.

With 25 years of experience, Mr. Gene Glenn brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle from early planning and preconstruction through execution and close-out. His leadership has helped deliver over $1.5 billion in projects across diverse markets, including  K-12, higher education, healthcare, civic, and aviation.

Having served in roles such as project engineer, project manager, and superintendent for ENR Top 20 General Contractors Mr. Glenn brings a unique perspective to construction oversight, grounded in firsthand experience managing complex projects from the ground up. His approach is informed by a deep knowledge of field operations and strategic project controls, enabling him to anticipate challenges and drive results.

Mr. Glenn is a proactive leader focused on delivering value through schedule certainty, cost control, and quality execution. He actively drives project teams to maintain momentum, resolve issues before they escalate, and keep projects aligned with client priorities. His hands-on involvement and daily engagement with clients ensure clear communication, responsive leadership, and successful outcomes.
