Throughout his career, Cary has managed complex, multi-billion-dollar programs for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Meta, Cheniere, NextEra Energy, and the U.S. Department of Energy. His expertise includes schedule impact analysis, earned value management, risk mitigation, and change management, with a proven record of driving efficiency and ensuring alignment between project execution and client objectives. In addition to his technical acumen, Cary is committed to mentorship and industry involvement, developing high-performing teams and advancing best practices in scheduling and project controls. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science from Lamar University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
