Lance Greenhaw
Associate Principal
Mr. Greenhaw has successfully led integrated project controls across multi-billion-dollar projects in critical sectors, including infrastructure, nuclear power, oil & gas, semiconductor, life sciences, and data centers.
Throughout his career, he has ensured the successful delivery of projects by providing both proactive control and forensic analysis services. Specifically, he specializes in:
Developing and deploying integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Performing detailed Critical Path Analysis and schedule risk mitigation.
Implementing and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to ensure compliance with federal and industry standards, including for DOE and NNSA nuclear programs.
Managing all facets of cost control, change management, and contract compliance.
Before his current role, Mr. Greenhaw led integrated project controls for the Antarctic Infrastructure Modernization for Science (AIMS) Program, focusing on schedule integrity, risk-informed forecasting, and successful NSF Earned Value (EVM) reviews. He also managed scheduling and cost control for EPC projects in the semiconductor and life sciences sectors at M&W Group/EXYTE, overseeing the schedule reporting for multi-billion-dollar greenfield and brownfield projects. During his tenure at Fluor, he directed contract compliance and schedule execution for nuclear outage and upgrade scopes at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant and served as the owner’s representative for procurement scheduling on a $2B Google Data Center.
Mr. Greenhaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), and a member of both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE). He also holds a Q-Clearance.
