Ms. Ochamuke Ejofodomi, a Managing Consultant, is a seasoned cost engineering professional recognized for delivering strategic project control solutions across complex capital projects. She specializes in the development and implementation of integrated project control systems and the application of advanced, data-driven methodologies to optimize project performance and strengthen contract management strategies. With deep expertise in schedule, cost and risk management, she enables informed decision-making and consistently drives measurable improvements in project outcomes.

Ms. Ejofodomi has supported a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects, including offshore EPCI oil and gas developments, hyperscale data center programs, and major EPC infrastructure and commercial construction projects collectively valued at over $4 billion across multiple continents. She provides a disciplined approach to project controls, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout, where she has consistently enhanced governance frameworks, strengthened reporting capabilities, and implemented robust change and risk management processes. Ms. Ejofodomi has successfully driven project performance initiatives through the integration of comprehensive schedule development, detailed cost estimation, and the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) performance metrics, complemented by advanced project analytics, contributing to cost savings exceeding $150 million on services provided.

Ms. Ejofodomi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International) where she has delivered industry presentations. She holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Corporate Sustainability at ISC Paris Business School in France.
