Heartwood Real Estate Group engaged Spire Consulting Group to provide construction project management services for The Residences at Rubi, a $14 million multifamily residential development in Austin, Texas. Located at 1418 Frontier Valley Drive, the project includes approximately 100 apartment units and associated site amenities designed to serve the area’s growing residential market. Spire provided project management oversight throughout the construction process, helping keep the project aligned with schedule, budget, quality expectations, and the owner’s operational objectives.
