Spire is currently assisting Provident Realty Advisors, Inc., with the conversion of the historic Texaco building into luxury apartments and retail space located at 1111 Rusk Street in Houston, Texas. The $95 million redevelopment project consists of a 410,000-square foot property and includes 309 high-end rental units; ground floor retail space; and a 9-story, 550-car parking garage. Spire’s team is providing project planning and scheduling services. The scope includes conducting numerous planning sessions involving the superstructure, shell, rough construction, finishes, and commission-related sequencing and construction activities. Spire developed the baseline schedule and continued to provide periodic schedule updates throughout the duration of the project.
