Project Detail

The $240 million floating, production, and offloading (FPSO) station was completed in 2005. The scope consisted of engineering, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning of five offshore loading rigs, over 330 meters of undersea pipelines and associated on-shore processing stations to transport crude oil and condensate. Spire’s scope of work included the following tasks schedule delay and acceleration analysis, schedule oversight, change order request development, quantification of cost overruns and damages, country rules and regulation assessment, claim presentation development, and claim strategy and negotiations.
